Have City published the sales criteria? I can't see it being sold on a travel-dependent basis. The club knows fans have made their own arrangements.

I can't help but feel that the Portuguese government got this the wrong way round. They are clearly thinking about a tourist ban until the end of the month. If they'd announced a ban but said "however, fans can attend but in a bubble" then it looks like all isn't lost. The way they have done it makes it look like we've all been had (Chelsea fans too).

If they don't ban tourists but say fans still have to attend in a bubble then I give up trying to work out the logic.
