I don’t think there will be ticket collection.The more I think about it the more I think independent travellers will be able to purchase tickets, they’ll just be discouraged. I can see 1-2k flying on official club trips, and the rest collecting their ticket in Porto with ID etc. Then a fair few without tickets just enjoying a weekend in Porto crammed in to bars to watch it, subject to any current restrictions. That’s my optimistic-best-case-scenario outcome.
