Champions League Final | Tickets - City Official Package + UEFA Tickets | 2022 Final (pg 1033)

Agreed mate, I was going to get the PCR Thursday but they couldn't guarantee I would get the result in time to fly Friday, hence the Wednesday test.. I should have had a same day one for £200 but just couldn't afford it.. They all seem to be horrendously expensive down South, here in the tropics..!
There are same day tests in clinics for £99 (guaranteed result by midnight) which is what I’ve booked for Thursday (flying back Sunday)

www.dam-health have London same day ones for £129?
For us in sunny Manchester it’s £99

Something I've just become a little unsure of due to the wording.

The test required coming back to the UK, can be done in any of the 3 days before you fly back.
I fly back Wednesday, and was going to use the Synlab offering at Porto airport on the morning of my flight back (departs 10.30 so would likely be tested 8am, results are about 30 mins I believe)

I assumed this would be fine but the 'any 3 days' doesn't explicitly state that it's also ok to do on the day of departure.

I'm probably overthinking it though.....I think.....maybe....

Might not matter if they don't bother to release ticket details for the game :)

You really are overthinking it.

Over thinking ? Maybe ? DEFINITELY :)

Haha reeled a few in there ;)

Edit just to say I will be interested to know how easy the LFT process is at Porto airport, assuming some on here will be using it.

With me not leaving until Wednesday I might get the test in Porto centre but if the feedback is good about the airport then I'll just leave it until my departure morning (and pray it comes back negative!)

Sounds like 72 hour rule to get in to Portugal and 3 clear days rule to get back to Blighty. One test on Thursday if flying out on Friday and back Sunday will do the job. That’s how I’m reading it but I’m no nuclear physicist so could be wrong.
No your spot on pal, order a same day test on thurs, maybe mornin just to be on safe side and you will be sweet for return sunday ,but book one also for the day 2 when your back as you need to put the refrence for this test on your
Paper work when actually flying out to portugal

That's almost all correct.

The reference for the test will be needed for the Passenger locator form coming back to the UK.
This can only be completed within 48 hours of your return to the UK.

There is a separate form to complete going out to Portugal.
