Anyone reckon this will go to 10000 points on the cup scheme tomorrow ?
I had the same issue yesterday and emailed mancity@mancity.comI am absolutely disgusted with the so called Supporter Service.
I am now on my 3rd attempt to speak to somebody.
So far , I’ve been on phone nearly 4 hours
Twice I have got to be the next one answered BUT NO, it’s been cut off both times.
Need to ask why my flight details have not appeared yet my match ticket have.
I have also Tweeted SS twice but no answers.
I can’t remember having problems with SS before in 47 years
I’m nearly at the end of my tether
I think it entirely depends on how many they have 'held back' (if any). In view of the fact that they really need to sell them soon, I'm thinking nothing is being held back and those of us on 10,000 have no chance.Anyone reckon this will go to 10000 points on the cup scheme tomorrow ?
I don't know if you have had other replies but in case not I'd suggest emailing Lisa Eaton, head of supporter services, and letting her know your problem and the issues you have had trying to resolve them. Lisa is very helpful.I am absolutely disgusted with the so called Supporter Service.

I'm a Scientist. They are the same test. RT-PCR= real-time PCR and qPCR = quantitative PCR, they are the same test. Confusingly RT also stands for reverse transcriptase which is what happens before the qPCR hence why both terms are used.Hi..as I understand it both tests are fine..the RT-PCR is quick and less accurate..the RT-qPCR has to be sent to a lab, is more accurate and takes longer.
