UEFA surely won’t want Porto if they are only able to offer a capacity of 13,000 in total as is being reported. Sure I read they wanted a guarantee of 20,000 plus

They might not have a lot of options. Portugal appears to be the only country that is now viable and it is alleged that the Portuguese government are reluctant for it to be in Lisbon.
