I have to say that Heald Green pharmacy sorted this very well. The stress of not knowing if your test result is coming back is unbearable, but when I went back in the shop at 10 pm last night he said rather than go home and worry just sit here and you can stay til your test result comes through (he said it’s best for him too so he doesn’t have to answer any more if my desperate emails lol). When I left at 11 pm him (Abid) and two of his staff were still emailing people about test results and he said they would stay until the last one was sorted. His shop had been open since 6am and he said he’d be there til at least 1 am. It was a fucking horrible day but wouldn’t have ended well without Abid and his staff. As someone said in an earlier post Abid is a fucking legend. To put this into perspective he said his pharmacy sent 500 samples to the lab yesterday alone, then imagine all the other testing centres doing the same, all with customers wanting priority! Anyway I hope every single Blue has got their results back, or will do, in time and negative, I know how it feels to be waiting. If you hear someone singing this on Saturday night you know who it isFeels that way, but I imagine they are doing their best, fucking horrible position to be in m8

Email Certificates@dam-health.com tell them You have not had your fit to fly cert, the result on the app doesn't state the test as RT-PCR, although I'm sure you would get through fine 99% of the time you might get one jobsworth who pulls you.Haven't had email yet from dam health but just seen result has arrived on the app. But says non-detected rather than negative. Is that Ok??? I was worried it meant inconclusive but app does show me as green and low risk...

Excellent, I had the same problem, it was only when I got the fit to fly I realised how dodgy the one in the app looked.Cheers I did and got almost immediate response. Certificate now sent and states fit to fly as well as 'Negative' in green letters Phew!!

Now had certificate through, negative, aaaaannnddd relax....Went to Dam in Preston at 2pm yesterday with my dad to get our tests done. He had his (negative) result and fit to fly certificate at 11pm last night, I’ve still heard nothing. Have emailed them...
Just got our Fit To Fly Certs from DAM Health. They have put a completely wrong passport number on my son's certificate. Tried ringing the number they gave me and it rings and then just cuts off. So just emailed. Anyone had success contacting them either via phone or email ?
