Got response within 10-15 mins on email. enquiries@dam-health.comJust got our Fit To Fly Certs from DAM Health. They have put a completely wrong passport number on my son's certificate. Tried ringing the number they gave me and it rings and then just cuts off. So just emailed. Anyone had success contacting them either via phone or email ?

Just dropped off my Blindspot test at Canal Street, seemed a pretty well organised set up. Said tests are being driven to Alpha Biolabs at 10am and tested as a priority. Email results between 5pm-10pm.
They did say there were some issues getting results late from AB for people who dropped off their samples yesterday but these have been ironed out and more testing staff will be working late at AB this evening

Pleased for you, congrats mate. But don't agree DAM are ok - see above put wrong passport number on my son's certificare and keep trying to ring and it just cuts off.Went to Dam Preston 2.20pm yesterday. Result just come through so well before 24 hours the girl told me. Dam are ok after all.

Filling out the pre register gov website info here. I have a day 2 booked with BlindSpot. When it asks for Test booking reference, is that the code that starts BLIND from the original email receipt or the code number on the testing bottle?
