Champions League Final | Travel Requirements + COVID Tests

Sent my Dante test off via a priority postbox on Monday and I’ve heard nothing.. Did you get the result by email or text message?
Both my lad and me used Dante, both posted Tuesday at different priority post boxes. I got my neg result back yesterday afternoon, my lad still not heard anything from them. Got my resuly by both text and email.
 
Has anyone who missed their flight on Sunday, due to the shitshow at the airport, successfully claimed compensation for it yet? Or even got the ball rolling?

I'm not sure where to start, got absolutely fobbed off by Ryanair.

Dear valued customer,

You recently ordered a test-at-home PCR kit from us for your arrival in the UK on 30/05/2021 and submitted your results for delivery to our facility for processing. We are writing to inform you that unfortunately we anticipate that these results may not be delivered to you within the expected timeframe.

Due to the May Bank Holiday this week, there was a pause in Royal Mail collections, which has meant that any kits posted from Saturday 29th onwards will have been collected no earlier than Tuesday 1st. These samples started to arrive at the Eurofins laboratories from Wednesday.

As a result, we have received a very high volume of samples which will take us some time to process. Our target is always to provide results to you within 24 hours of receiving the sample at our lab, but due to the gap in postal collection we wanted to inform you that there may be a delay in receiving your results for day 2 and day 8 tests.

We want to apologise for any inconvenience this will cause. We know how frustrating and uncertain the wait for results can be and that some of you will have posted your kits several days ago. Please be assured we have been working at pace to process this large number of samples from the moment they reached our lab and we anticipate the backlog will be cleared by Sunday.

Please accept our apologies if you’ve tried to contact us and not received a response yet – our team are working hard to respond to everyone. We are already experiencing a significant increase in the number of customer enquiries as a result of today’s changes to the travel traffic light system and expect this to rise further over the next 48 hours as we work to turn around results. We will contact you as soon as your results are available.
