It is still a contact sport. What his arm on his shoulder did is allow the referee to make a decision.Not really the point, it seems to me. His hand's got no business being on his shoulder. Mount's past him, and the Tomori doesn't just touch him on the shoulder with it. He's insistent with it. Penalty, though, is enough. Red card, too much. Yet again, it's the rule that's stupid. (As with handballs being considered as such when the ball just brushes your arm or hand, and its trajectory is not altered at all).
The wrong one, imho.
