That one was a pen. Might have touched the ball but that wasn't ball winning challenge and he took the player out in the follow through.

The Mbappé one wasn't though. No way would City be getting that. If that's Sterling, the ref just laughs at him and tells him to get up. I've seen piles of those ignored in the CL over the years.
