The thing is, plenty of people that have played lots of football (and refereed) professionally are saying penalty and lots are saying it wasn’t. That’s an issue. The law and public interpretation needs to be far more clear to avoid this confusion.

I think it’s impossible to make it clear unless you say everytime it hits an arm it’s a penalty, which would be farcical.

It's the reality unfortunately. They are really really good at counter attacking. Worried about our game against them more than usual.

They didn’t actually create any chances tonight, all their goals were gifted to them.

True. But the bureaucrats that run the game are saying that these incidents are pens. UEFA confirmed that the Nico pen was a pen. The game is changing.

Im waiting for a simliar incident where there is a handball against us in the box and it isnt given or even looked at before I judge VAR as another way to get the history clubs through
