We’ll all be fuming when the same decision doesn’t go our way (and rightly so)That's a bit of a stretch, I'd say it's a soft 'Liverpool' handball. You see them given but it's rare, it's one from a few years ago where they decided if the ball hits your hand it's automatically a penalty no matter what happened.

So, the fact that he drags along the other players doesn't matter?I don’t think it matters unless the ball comes back to them, there was a penalty scored once (Pele, I think) where the penalty taker passed the ball backwards from the spot and the ball was smashed in the net.
