Champions League Games | Semi Finals | 29/30 April & 6/7 May '25

Agree about champions of England. But champions of Europe come on, it's a cup competition which early rounds are a money making exercise to rinse gullible fans, me included till next season when I am out, before the knock out stages, which is invariably played between most clubs nowhere near been champions of their country the season before. It's the European FA Cup. Champions of Europe my axse;-)
I know where you're coming from but there are over 40 counties in Europe and 36 teams in the champions league.
You could have a competition with the winners of each countries league participating but some of the teams would be next to useless.

I thought Arsenal played very well tonight and were unlucky to lose. That penalty decision was a complete joke, even worse penalty taken. Donarumma making the better saves as well. Will be a good final though!
When you saw the handball from one angle his hand which was held out well away from his body shook like a jelly.

Harsh but correct and precisely what I believed VAR was there for. A couple of angles it was hard to see but the one angle it was, IMO clear and obvious.

Well quite. But I'm still allowed to be encouraged about our run to the semi and what we have learned. It took City quite a few seasons before they won the CL so I'm not sure why that doesn't apply to us.

We need to strengthen in the summer (and will). I wouldn't cry if Arteta got fucked off but that won't happen.
Done really well to get this far and was always on the back foot after a home loss. Started off well with intensity but needed better finishing to put PSG under pressure. You then dropped off, naturally after the eager start, and for the remainder of the game, were just another team who gets beat.

Personally, I found Arsenal extremely frustrating. Did Arteta give up on playing football and decide that the only way to win was to play like Stoke (or United in today’s terms)?

Long throws, long balls, keeper hoofs it, what was Arteta thinking?

Agree, and it changed direction of the ball.

PSG you have my eternal gratitude. They've single handedly saved the entire country by knocking out villa, Dippers and now arsenal. If it weren't for them I think any of them 3 could have won it which would have been horrific. Wouldn't begrudge them the win now after those heroics. Plus they've been the most impressive side in the competition.

Nothing sums up Martin keown better than that. A simple question of who they fancy in the final and Martin keown mentions a team not in the final. Amazing stuff from the missing link.

Arsenal need to learn to take the season one game at a time instead of going overboard when they get a decent result just makes them look a bunch of twats when they end up with fuck all at the end of the season….again.
Lovely Jublly

The Skelly celebration is Karma at its finest.

Top bottlers.

Yet it's a lesson City themselves had to learn in the CL is it not? Like when you lost concentration at the end vs Real Madrid? Like when you weren't at it vs Chelsea? Saying it and experiencing it 1st hand are 2 different things - I guess it's why Real Madrid find their way to the title many times despite rarely being the best team.
Yeah but City don't go way overboard and disrespect opposition like the Skelly celebration taking the piss out of Haaland.

As soon as you do that you're on a one way ticket to actually win something. Otherwise that little entity called Karma is wating in the wings.

Yous are mentality monsters.
