Champions League group stage opponent watch (Sevilla V Barca)

Lucien Favre has resigned as manager of Möenchengladbach after losing the opening 5 league games. The most recent loss to Köln who are their most hated rivals clearly the final straw.

It sounds like the club are surprised by the decision and don't have anyone lined up to replace him at this stage. Hopefully they're a bit of a shambles next week

Either that or the new manager syndrome... sudden pick up in form and results for a few matches

Hopefully not cos if we don't get a win there I think we may well be fooked!!

yep. 3 points is must at gladbach or we can definitely forget first place and then even 2nd place will be hard
