Champions League Groups (Update p6)

There's only one or two teams with better squads than ours, we have nothing to worry about.

Now the Fixtures have come out for the PL:

Champions League Week 1 - 17/18 September (Game after is Rags at Home)
Champions League Week 2 - 1/2 October (Game after is Everton at Home)
Champions League Week 3 - 22/23 October (Game after is Chelsea Away)
Champions League Week 4 - 5/6 November (Game after is Sunderland Away)
Champions League Week 5 - 26/27 November (Game after is Swansea at Home)
Champions League Week 6 - 10/11 December (Game after is Arsenal at Home)

4 Home Games after the Champions League games. Not too bad.

Champions League Week 1 - 17/18 September (Game before is Stoke Away)
Champions League Week 2 - 1/2 October (Game before is Villa Away)
Champions League Week 3 - 22/23 October (Game before is West Ham Away)
Champions League Week 4 - 5/6 November (Game before is Norwich at Home)
Champions League Week 5 - 26/27 November (Game before is Spurs at Home)
Champions League Week 6 - 10/11 December (Game before is Southampton Away)

Not too bad for fixtures prior to Champions League games. :o)

no point really speculating with the pots not even confirmed yet. We could get a good a group or bad one, all luck. I still think though we will get out of group stages no matter what.
Hmmm. Thanks for that,

Borussia Dortmund in pot 3!!!! Am I missing something here?

How the f*** does that work?

Goes on their results for the last 5 years, not just last year. Pretty sure they've moved up a pot, but their results from years 3, 4 and 5 have seriously counted against them

The system is a joke. Arsenal pot 1 year after year even though are scraping 4th domestically. Their coefficient remains high because they are always pot 1 and make it out of the group stages.

Domestic result have no bearing on Champion league pots, As you say Arsenal qualify for the knock out stages every year, so why should they drop out of that pot?
