- A valid vaccination or recovery certificate issued by a third country, under reciprocal conditions:Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Switzerland, El Salvador, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Israel, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Morocco, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Panama, San Marino, Serbia, Singapore, Togo, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, The Vatican.

Double if second jab is within 180 days. EU saying 270 days for theirs but unclear if that applies to UK jabbed.
If boosted then open ended at present.

I see they've knocked 24 hrs off the Rapid flow Antigen test as well, down from 48 to 24 hrs.

For anybody who is unsure of what they need to enter Portugal from today's changes, British Airways has a very good page where you can put in your passport country, vaccination status and travel dates. It's been updated this morning. Other airlines may also have similar.
It will then tell you exactly what you need to have with regards to covid certificate and passenger locator form for vaccinated or recovered - and what forms and tests if unvaccinated.
It's simple to fill in.....

It shows that I need one for UK on the "return trip" tab. Returning on 16th, two docs required - covid certificate and passenger locator form.
