I don't want Arsenal just for the fact that we play them twice a season already and meeting English sides in Europe doesn't have a Champions League feel to it.

The teams I wany to avoid is Atletico or Inter Milan, That is a nightmare draw for us with the way both sides set up.

The obvious one is Dortmund or PSV.

The obvious one is the only tie I would feel confident about. I am a long time on record as saying a good defence is what helps you win this competition. We showed that clearly last year when previously conceding too many soft goals had us heading for the exit. So far this season we have not shown enough solidity at the back and for that reason could easily lose out to most teams left in it.

looking like a meaty draw. In order of preference, taking into account we can get the big glamour tie in the SF:

1. Dortmund/PSV, 2=. PSG or Barcelona, 4. Atletico/Inter, 6. Arsenal, 7. Bayern Munich, 8. Real Madrid

Champions - Man City, Barcelona, Bayern, PSG
Runner Up - Arsenal, Real Madrid, Dortmund, PSV
3rd Place - Atletico, Inter

So some very strong teams left in the draw.

4 Champions, 3 Runners Up and 1 3rd Place will be the quarter finalists.

If PSV lose to Dortmund then the 8 teams left will be from the 5 top ranked UEFA nations.

The Competition is a bit of a closed shop for most of the UEFA membership.
