Surely we’re already seeing it. It’s only two years since both finals were contested by English teams. The worry for other countries is that if it happens again, the four finals will have been contested by 6 teams, and that suggests a real stranglehold.

Yep, the PL is great. It would be better if we could bring through more home grown talent though - with currently 63 percent of the PL players being non-English.

I don't actually know the stats but I have a feeling that this figure has been higher in the past. That's to say that the situation is getting better.

That performance and team selection was putrid.
Steffen went walkabout and several of the players did not perform.
