Don't panic (yet). Supporter Services have said that the money won't be taken now until some time this week!
There's been a recorded message on the ticket line all day, states money will be taken from today onwards for those on Cup scheme.

And what does that mean?Spoke to Customer Services recently. Those on the CL scheme will automatically get the cheap price 'bundle'.

And what does that mean?
Those on the cup scheme have to pay as much as people who just decide to buy the 3 group games together.

I had to cancel my bank card as I used it to book a BA flight (account details hacked) to Hoffenheim.Updated the City ticket website by deleting my old debit card details and putting on my new debit card details but does anyone else know if I need to do more as regards ensuring payments can be taken for the Cup Scheme?

Out now mate, just type in Hoffenheim v City ticket allocation on google and up it pops... Starts Thursday at 23,000 pointsDoes anyone have an idea when the Hoffenheim away criteria will be announced ??
