Here's one for you if you think the ticket office is working OK, both me and my grandson are on the ticket scheme, he is on my friends and family list, I pay for bforoth tickets and he's just phoned me to say he's had an email confirming the tickets thanking him for the his purchase amount for both £40 in total. Ha ha he's 12 . Ticket payment has gone through so some plonker in the ticket office doesn't read his screen properly! !

I think that anyone not in the Cup Scheme can buy the bundle but the total cost is charged upfront. Those on the Scheme have each match charged separately as they come up. I'm on the Scheme and that's the way it's always worked. I've only had my Lyon seat charged so far.How did people get the bundle. I was in the champions league scheme and have just been charged for Lyon. God knows how it works. It said you need to buy all 3 tickets to get the discount. But how do you buy all 3 if already on the scheme? Hopefully someone can help. Thanks
Does anyone know why the club have gone back to posting out paper tickets rather than just loading onto the season card? At least my Lyon ticket arrived today.
Also any idea why is there no longer an e-mail query point. I'm not on twitter, so that's as much use to me as the proverbial chocolate teapot.

I'm a ST holder on the cup scheme but it says I'm being charged 22.50 for the Lyon game - is that right? i assumed we would get the bundle price but maybe we are and they are charging it in a specific way
The other 2 games are £20 for those areas that are £22.50 for Lyon so a total of £62.50

Ahh sorry I didn't clarify - I'm in the south stand third tier so the bundle is £52.50, so £62.50 would be too much, unless they just charge less for the other (or last) game(s)?
