You know how some people on the telly are real "nails down a blackboard" types? Well; he's one of them.

Believe me, I wanted the goal to be given. But for it to be given, the touch has to be seen as an intentional attempt to play the ball, rather than simply a ricochet off the player. Which is what the ref judged it to be. Looking at the replays, though, I'm not so sure.
