Yeah - I have read the this posters comments as simply being that the he/she is in an obsessive 'tight loop' and spends his/her time looking to serve an obsession - trying to find anything and everything he/she can to service his/her agendaI expect this debate will quickly be monopolised by the no immigration at all Vs no immigration controls lunatics.
I think the problem needs to be tackled on many fronts - global poverty, our own foreign policy, trafficking, processing of applicants and control/repatriation where appropriate all need to be better.
While I'm not blaming the French for this, it is worth noting how quickly they found and arrested some traffickers today when they could actually be arsed to do so.....
You are - kindly - responding to incoherent agenda serving babbleTo quote "A sane country which faces a shortage of people to fill vacant posts". So, you're saying open the borders and let them in with open arms to fill the vacancies but we have 1.5 million unemployed. We don't have zero unemployment and 1.5 million vacancies? You're correct though, I don't know the current level of job vacancies
Fucking well said......They might not be Belgian Christians but I'll point out that 10%-12% of the Syrian population are Christians. I'm not sure you knew that because perhaps you have a pre-conceived idea of what Christians look like.....
Yes we are back to square one, or more like square zero because we've consciously got ourselves into a situation where we can do even less about it than we could have done a year or two ago. We don't have a government that has a clue how to address it, and anyone pretending they have an easy solution doesn't understand the problem.
