Chants we may never hear at the Etihad again?

Loved the 'never win at home...' and all the great songs sung at Norwich ...

That song is one of my favs . . . Sums up being a City fan. No matter what you support your club. Picking a successful team from the paper is easy, supporting the club from where you are from is pride !

One guy shouts 'seee a eeee' and everyone shouts 'seee a eeee' Then he shouts 'eyyyyye a eyyyye' and then 'teeeee a eeeee ' and finally 'whhhy a eye' with everyone repeating. Then everyone comes together with a nice simple 'CITY' clap clap clap.

70s and 80s classic that, not sung for decades.

In 1963 we fell into division 2
The Stretford end cried out aloud “It’s the end of the sky blues
Joe Mercer came, We played the game
We went to Rotherham
We won 1 – 0 and we were back into Division One
Since then we’ve won the league, we’ve won the cup
We’ve bin to Europe too
And when we win the league this year
We’ll sing this song to you

City! City!

Is how I remember it

-------------------------------

I hear the sound
of distant bums

over there...over there

And do they smell
Like fuckin hell

Over there…over there

Lol made me laugh this

---------------------

COOOOL Cats

COOOOOL Cats

COOOOOOL Cats

--------------------------

Into the Stretford end we will go????????
With a bottle and a brick and an aggro stick
We are the kippax boot boys

-----------------------------------

(rolling about laughing at this shit I remember just about from the 70's)

of distant bums

over there...over there

Born 1986, so when I used to hear that in the late 90s I didn't really realise the real meaning and significance of that song for the older guys who used to shout that with real anger. Dark days.

A chant for who ever was the next away match....
If your all going to Leicester clap your hands.... clap clap or

If your all going to Forest clap your hands...... clap clap
If your all going to Forest clap your hands.......clap clap
If your all going to Forest, all going to Forest, all going to Forest
