Cheap season tickets on the way out

There's no such thing as 'cheap' seats at City (for adults).

We charge £50 for Cat A games now. That's ridiculous. £500 for 19 games, way over the top.

We may be cheaper than some of the teams in our league but its all relative. The price of football is already way over the top and if it keeps going attendances will only go one way.

The Bundesliga is the model to follow, the amount PL teams get from TV rights, you'd think gates reciepts become an increasingly less important segment of revenue.

I've read a few posts regarding the old Seat Exchange, why do we need an official one when we have our very own on the Ticket and Travel Forum ?
If I can't get to the game because of work, I make sure my seat is used by a Blue who can't afford a Seasoncard. Keep it in-house and everyones a winner.
Simply put, bluemoon, however large it may be, is still made up of a relatively small section of our matchgoing support. Ticket exchange would open it up to everyone.

I paid for some contact lenses a month or so ago but haven't got round to picking them up yet from the optician. Should they be able to sell them on to someone else?

errr - no.

we have four seats in the family stand. two adults and two young children.

whilst we always try to fill the seats with alternatives/friends/family I sometimes have the luxury of a rather expensive foot stool - night games on a school night, usually.

all prices will be driven up by as much as the business can during a period of demand outstripping supply - though the reasonable kids tickets are very cheap at £95. If we hadn't have moved from our old spot they would have been £250.

city are at the same stage of pricing out the working class fan, that united were at about 15 years ago. we quickly caught them up in the transfer market. we are quickly catching the, up in terms of ticket prices. adult season ticket in the south stand at old trafford £950. get used to it. this is our future.

Its down to city to realise that without the fans city would be nothing, if they price out the fans they will lose like united did a generation of match going local fans and instead be replacing them with only well off fans that can afford it.

I wish england was like germany in terms of pricing the world would be a better place :(

If those glory hunting fans put more money in the pockets of the club than the loyal Mancs then they will always be favoured Im afraid

this is what is wrong with football, the only people that will be attending in the future will be the rich

People who buy the tickets and miss the odd game are the ones who it may not be worth getting one if the prices go up a lot.

Now is the worst time for steep rises.
