Cheating Refs

Karma - they should have got something out of the game earlier i think we can all agree on that

Some decisions go for you some dont - what is fair to say is that it seems to me that most of these apparant decisions seems to go against us away from home maybe the problem is our away performances instead of the apparent poor ref decisions

Refs have been making shite decisions ever since football was invented and it will continue as will the constant accusation of refs being biased, cheats or corrupt

We have had a fair few decisions go our way this season also

We City have fucked this season up nobody else and its everyone that is associated with the club that must ackowledge some blame

No our loss today was because Liverpool took full advantage of the occasion and played us off the park in the first half. 2-0 was always going to be hard to peg back but credit to Merlin and tehe boys they made a valiant effort and if he was just an inch taller I would be having one of the happiest days of my life.

But we didn't. We had big decisions go against us. not 1 but 4.
I'm disappointed but we're still in this.
Just like to add, think Garcia needs another big up, played excellent today.
How he got booked for an absolute excellent tackle on Henderson i'll never know.

The referee was very poor today, several big decisions he should have made to the detriment of the home team and he bottled them.
 
I am totally disillusioned with the officials because on a level playing field and had Clattenberg done his job properly we would have got at least a point today .
Sakho on Dzeko stonewall pen
Flannagan on Silva stonewall pen
Skrtel handball stonewall pen .
Suarez was a disgrace and could have been sent off a couple of times but the dive at the side of DM was fuckin ridiculous .
I started a thread about Clattenberg when it was announced that he was gonna be today's official and some said it could have been worse oh dear .
Really fucked off at the moment but also thought we were superb once we had sorted ourselves out and deserved a minimum of a draw , sick of having decisions go against us at Anfield ...is the game corrupt I would like to think not but the officials certainly aren't good enough .
 
Wasn't the ref that cost us today it was individual mistakes and misses and regarding penalties I want referees to be 110% certain before giving them! For me though he let Suarez do what the heck he wanted

The first half an hour NOT all the first half. We bossed the rest of the game. Wiggy shit himself and more or less cost us the 3 points.
 
Unsurprised by today. The media is full of 40 year old men who are embarrassingly reliving their teenage years by eulogising Liverpool and exhorting everyone to jump on board, and that is affecting refereeing. At least Mourinho will be smart enough to go there and call it out beforehand.
 
We've seen it in the past.

Clattenburg is a good official when he is officiating mid-table teams but as soon as it's a high pressure game he gets influenced by the fans.

I knew it would pan out like that today.

It should have been Mike Dean all day long and whoever appointed Clattenburg has dropped a fucking clanger.

Nonsense, if we were playing against 10 men for 40 minutes, and had one of the three penalty shouts given we wouldn't have lost regardless of how Vinny played, how fit he was or whether or not it looked like we would loose 4 or 5 to you (whatever that means).

So, Liverpool haven't won the league for 24 years, but if it happens THIS YEAR, it will be because of refs bottling it due to the memorials. Christ, that is truly clutching at straws.

aside from that clattenburgs judgement was CLEARLY askew today....was it because of the occasion?...who knows....

I just know for sure if the game had been played on an even keel the league would have been all but over in our favour

Twattenbung has mastered the art of bent reffing, anything that is not absolutely 100% nailed on he uses his discretion to go against us.
 
Football needs technology. Football is sports Custer's last stand in this area. Get technology take it out off the Foys, Clattenbergs, Masons etc incompetent hands. It really is what's needed. The problem is the higher you go in football circles the more corrupt it becomes.

That's like saying Tiger Woods had a good Masters this year, bar not playing in it!

It was blatantly a dive, a second yellow card and hence a red card.

The fact that he bottled that big decision absolutely defines it as a poor performance IMO.
 
The narrative is written, nothing will stop Liverpool winning the league, one penalty and cheap decision at a time. Gerrard will lift the trophy even if Lee Mason has to clear the ball off the goal line on the last day. Today was, without a shadow of a doubt, a referee clearly not doing his job professionally but letting the occasion referee it for him.

The Henderson sending off was a bone thrown to us when it didn't matter and was too stonewall to overlook.

No matter what the result today, wether it was from dives, stonewall pens or fuck knows what! end of the day we lost, and the first 30 fucking minutes lost us the right to look towards cheats.....thats what the fucking raggies do...cheats or not we have PRIDE IN BATTLE....win lose or draw we raise our heads and march on! we got 2 games in hand, mourinhos a clever little shit and will beat liverpool. so chill the fuck out and enjoy what has to be one of the GREATEST SEASONS IN PREMIER LEAGUE FOOTBALL....look at where united are and tell me it doesnt make u smile inside ;)
