It would be a bold decision for anyone to employ him. He's still awaiting another trial that could lead to a guilty conviction.
All this decision has done is assess the lawfulness of his original conviction. It has been found that the jury/judge were wrong to find him guilty from the evidence presented and didn't make their decision in a lawful manner - especially considering new evidence. The retrial will have the aim of making the correct and lawful decision, but that may reach the same conclusion.
I don't know much about the new evidence but as I said earlier, I was surprised he was found guilty in the first place considering Clayton wasn't. Did he act like a bit of a twat? 100% yes. Does that justify a conviction for rape? 100% no!
He said in his questioning by the Police he could have had any girl he wanted as a pro footballer so why would he rape anyone? That's been twisted by the prosecution to show him as arrogant etc. The woman was revealed to be lying about being on drugs on the night in question. There's not enough evidence to convict him in my opinion. There wasn't at the original trial and his situation has clearly improved in terms of his defence evidence now.
