Ched Evans - serious injury

The jury will decide if he is lying, seems fishy to me but we'll see

Yes, of course they'll decide. There just seemed to be an implication on your part that it was a definite lie but we'll have to wait and see what pans out. Incidentally, according to that Mirror report he originally came forward on April 20th 2012 - the very same day Evans was convicted.

I'm not following it this time aside from what is on here,i was making a more general point really

But you've more or less accused him of lying. It's a serious accusation. From the evidence I've seen and heard, its impossible to say that (about either party) with certainty.
I did follow that post up with i didn't know, maybe it sounded harsher than i intended, the jury will decide

Certainly, Evans is not coming across as a gallant, dashing gentleman or the sort you'd bring home to meet your mum. But that's not what he's on trial for. I can't decide on him.

We will probably never know for sure but the first jury found him guilty so there must be something
