Even when not at our best, if we practiced corners at all, i am sure we could cause more problems from 13 of them.

I thought we played well first half. Second half we looked a bit clueless. Not a huge fan of Sterling on the left and Mahrez on the right. Prefer to see Sterling and Sane out wide.

The 2 Silvas were strangely subdued today as well and as a result, we didn't create many decent chances. Hope David Silva is ok. Too many injuries to important players at the moment.

We were always going to lose sometime and now we have got that out that way hopefully we can regroup and get going again. We're still the best team in the league even though we didn't really show it today.

Awful second half performance. Today was the first game where I've felt that we really miss KDB.

Fair play to Chelsea though they suffocated us and were deserved winners.

Same as the derby last season, not having a natural finisher up front cost us.

First goal was against the run of play but Chelsea were the better side after that.

Mistake to take Sane off[/QUOTE This. Wrong call imo. But that said you cant legislate for referees getting it wrong. Never a corner. Poor 2nd half by us and boy are we shit at set pieces. Corners are rank rotten.

Last three league games against Chelsea have been very tight affairs. We've taken 6 of the 9 points but only scored once in both previous games and spurned chances in each. Fail to take the chances and we're vulnerable.

That second half was shocking, it may have been down to Chelsea defending very well but we had no urgency what so ever. Pep fucked up the starting line up and made the wrong sub IMO. Is there a club worse at corners than us? feel sorry for the poor fuckers if there is.

No one to blame but ourselves for that loss. Think only Fern comes out of that match with any credit.
But hey ho, we were always gonna lose a match sometime and this was always a potential one. Just need to lift our heads and get back on our game.
