The big concern is where the goals are going to come from. It's a lot to rely on Aguero, and De Bruyne's cutting edge from midfield. A striker is a must in the summer. Chelsea looked more dangerous when they attacked, while we created, their keeper had almost nothing to do, and you just didn't feel we were going to score. The good thing is, we've got Arsenal, Liverpool, Spurs, and Chelsea away, all done, and 7 points from those games is not a bad return. If we can do the business against them at home, I'm confident we'll win the title.
Jesus, Gundogan, Delph all not good enough. Pep starting with no striker was embarrassing. Ederson letting that ball roll out for a corner? He's been rubbish for a month now (Passing aside). We need another striker & quickly because Jesus isn't even good enough to get a game when he's the only fit striker.

It's been coming for a few weeks. Toothless up front. Going to sleep at the back. Not enough pace and speed of pass.
Credit to Chelsea they kept their shape well all game.

Isn’t the first time and won’t be the last for any side.
It’s December and so far this side has been magnificent and I’ve seen nothing to suggest we won’t carry that on, especially so when we get key players back.

Fair fucks to Sarri, he got it spot on. Absorbed the pressure first half, nicked a goal against the run of play, then dominated the second half.
For our part we started very brightly, missed several half chances in H1 and came out for H2 looking a bit leggy and void of ideas.
I think we lacked the maturity and experience in our forwards today and also Mahrez needs to understand the expectations of playing for a top team...sideways and backwards passes are not really good enough, we expect you to make something happen. I thought Gundo tried to make something happen when he came on but you need a few ‘like minded individuals’ ....
Overall, pep got it wrong and didn’t really know how to change it to make a difference...shit happens...well done chavs
