Brilliant result and a very good, gutsy performance considering the preparation for the season being difficult. Typical Pep not using the bench too much even in these circumstances but he often doesn’t when it’s tight and he’s happy with the performance.

I apologise for polluting the thread with the recent ramblings of the ginger pig linking mainoo to Zidane - absolute bullshit. However, our own little Rico is sensational in the way he constantly takes the ball on the turn time after time, simply immaculate. Pep was glowing and speaking of how rare it is for someone to have these qualities at such a young age.
