the reason is, he is not a good player , the only thing he has , is pace , trouble is, halfway into his run, he stops, and someone takes the ball off him (bastards) as for scoring goals , its like watching mary poppins .

Haha.. the most ill informed nonsense I have ever read.. all he has is pace? Really??

it’s like clowns that say he only scores tap ins. True he’s not a good finisher but he scores a lot of tap ins because of his movement.. yes he has pace but you’re just focusing on his movement with the ball. That is his problem at the moment as he’s trying to do too much with the ball at his feet.

He needs to get back to what he’s best at and focussing on his movement without the ball as that is what his entire game is based on. Attacking spade for a tap in.

There's a few entitled keyboard warriors on here.
Chelsea are a good team and there are others in the league who on a good day can give us a game. There is no bloody entitlement to win and whilst I do think we are the best team, we are not that far ahead of one or two others.

That said I blame the players more than Pep. Something like 75/25 ratio. We should remember Steffen made a dreadful mistake for the goal that didn't help. The team had several players who were really poor.
I'm still very happy to lose 1 possible title to win 2 others and have a crack at the CL.
But I do agree that without KDB we need really strong teams for the next 2 and see where we are then.

I don’t think it’s we feel entitled to win just really annoyed we as a club didn’t try our best to win a semi final

Perplexed with this team selection today. Similar to Leeds, too many changes involved and I knew we were heading out before the ball was even kicked. I can get throwing a game in the league as we can spare to lose a game or two.

Fielding a team with out of form players who failed miserably in their last outing, in a semi final, is extremely frustrating. I can only presume that at some point the backroom staff have agreed that something must be sacrificed to order to claim the CL.

But what really gets me is his inability (or refusal) to make tactical substitutions. Any City fan could tell me needing to change our dynamic. As soon as Phil and Gundo came on the game suddenly shifted in our favour.

We will never win every game. But this one has really pushed me off as I felt that Pep has handed it away needlessly. The players were very poor, but rotating 8 players clearly doesn't work unless your playing a first round FA Cup game.

Jesus works his bollocks off he is just not good enough our worst player repeatedly is Mendy he Is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard , I can't work out if Sterling is playing to engineer a move away but on current form I would get him out the door. Leeds beat us last week with ten men for half the game but as Sterling played we had ten men for ninety

We will beat Villa, but then get beat by PSG and by Spuds.

We were diabolical today, no cohesion or urgency. Those that aren’t the normal starters had the chance to prove that they’re pushing for their place, that didn’t happen.
Sterling was absolutely awful yet again, how many times is he allowed to be a passenger, and not get hooked, him & Mendy need dropping to the reserves for a while. I watched the youngsters Palmer and Delap show more heart the other day.

I will take a few days to get over this ‘thrown game’ because that’s what it feels like.
