I don't agree, we have a one off chance to win the league cup, its a final, we should also win the league at a canter from here, so focus for now on those 2.

In the CL we have a chance, but we'll have to be at our very best to even get to the final, the FA Cup today was similar, we had to be at or close to our best to get to the final, and then do it again in the final.Ye

I agree that the CL is harder and we might not get it, but I will feel much better knowing that we put all the chances on our side to get it.

Post match thoughts:

- Pep is a prat for not starting his best team in an FA cup semi final. If you aren’t going to do that it’s pointless getting to a semi final in the first place. Expecting to beat an in form Chelsea team who picked their best 11 with your ‘second team’ is pathetic really.

- Despite Pep picking squad players they didn’t perform to the level expected at this club. Serious questions as to whether Mendy, Torres, Jesus, Sterling are good enough.

- Should we fail to win the CL and PL it will look even more stupid that Pep threw an FA cup semi final picking a weak team.

- Lets hope KDB is back for the PSG games

TBF.. I’m the opposite. I usually want us to win the domestic cups but this season it’s all about the big two. The league is always priority but If I’m honest I think I want the CL just as much despite previously being nonplussed about it.. more to shut the media up than anything else but also because I know what it means to Pep, the players and our owners. So more for them really.

I think PSG is a bad matchup for us, personally, but if you would have told me in the beginning of the season we would win the league and play in a cup final vs Spurs- I'd take it in a heartbeat.

Fernandinho yes could of got a earlier booking, especially if you listen to that Steve bloke commentating, he was desperate for him to get booked !
But now many soft little nuggers did he give as free kicks to Chelsea ? Like he was on a mission to stop a City win . And I think the thing in the first half that Matelartin may be on about , was the corner in the last minute, when KDB took it and he blow his whistle , KDB wasn't happy about !

Yes KDB wasn't happy BUT the clock had run over a minute so KDB should have crossed the ball from the corner and not taken it short. It was obvious that the Ref was blowing after he crossed it and it was either headed in for a goal or headed out cleared. KDB shouldn't have taken it short.
