Not a great result but I thought we played well enough to win and the lads gave absolutely everything. Cannot fault them.

Thought we showed desire and hunger to claw something back, which is a great sign.

Title races should be like this. They shouldn’t be straightforward. You have to have grit and massive bollocks to deserve to be champions.

This is a proper 3 horse race. There’ll be more twists and turns.

We need to win the game in hand and just nestle in a point behind the dippers breathing down their necks.

Those of you crying and shitting yourselves, either man up or fuck off.

We didn't give everything because if we did we would've won. Chelsea didn't give everything, but they showed grit.

The ref was awful and we probably should have a pen. But we shouldn't be needing the refs help to beat midtable teams at home. We have no-one to blame but ourselves for only scoring one goal against an awful team.

I thought the lads done real well to dig out a point might have snatched it in the end. But like a lot of games this season it had a feel of an end of an era about it. Hope I am wrong but I think we perhaps need a change of direction if we are to stay at the summit over the next few years,

He was awful. Bobb must be fuming.

He's not the player to unlock a back 6. Needs lots of ground to run in to. His crossing is very poor. Hardly ever beats his man. Frustrating player.

Too many players below par. Nothing to do with wrong team selection nor players being complacent. Everyone worked their socks off (esp 2nd half) but it wasn’t enough. The scoreline kept the motivation up in the Chelsea camp.
Some dubious decisions not going our way.

Liverpool and Arsenal winning their games (far more) easier. It’s gonna be an interesting titlerace.

Sidenote: For the ones booing Sterling and Palmer, I like to think we are better fans than scousers or gooners. Apparently you are not.

Didn’t look balanced. IMO , the reason we lost most of the second balls in the first half.
Playing Foden wide with Alvarez through the middle will always baffle me - but I will never question Pep. Just can’t agree with him!
As a simple fan I was baffled by that as well as playing a very good mathematician in the Stones role and leaving the answer on the bench. 1+1=3!! He even said he’s uncomfortable playing that role!!
Felt a little like the Champions League final against them. Sorry Pep/God but I am unable to appreciate the team selection tonight.
You are the best manager in the world and I know fuck all but as a passionate City fan that’s how I feel.
