Yes. Don’t get it. Tweak 3/4 but changing virtually the whole team is ridiculous. Defensively in particularThese massive rotations don't work. Some poor performances, but it's also hard for a team to gel if you make 9 changes.

They were not full strength either isn't it ? I think Pep was trying out a system that can nullify them, but with second team. Hopefully Pep learnt something useful for the final.
You’re giving Pep far too much credit there.
He fucked up his tactics in a big game yet again. The fact Foden and Gundog did fuck all after coming on shows the system doesn’t work.

Disgrace of a performance after we had scored.
What the hell was Sergio doing on the penalty.
And Rodri should know better than to get caught in possession again like that.
Also, you have to see the game out in those circumstances and get everyone back behind the ball if they have possession.
Team selection didn't help but game should have been over at HT.
Pep too slow with the subs today.

The only positive from this game is that it confirms what Pep already knows: that none of today's starters (apart from Ederson and Diaz) will play in the Cl final. It was a truly dire performance from players who should have been fresh and had a chance to step up. People can talk as much as they like about our squad depth but City fans know it's a bit of a myth.
