Was there this level of hysteria when the Premier League has an international break?

I don’t recall this level of whining when the Premier League is put on hold for the international breaks. What about when the Premier League announced a break for the World Cup? I would be grateful if you would post a link for these threads

Football is governed by idiots. Hopefully VAR can save them and overturn their decision.

I notice a few of the 'VAR have killed' the game and they don't bother with it anymore brigade are equally outraged this weekend's games have been cancelled :)

Clubs could all just cancel the February break and rescehdule these games for then.

We went 132 years without having a Winter break so I’m sure we can just postpone this season’s.
