Yes, we're pretty good at this! I wish I was a betting man. Not necessarily betting on Chelsea to score 5, but I did see someone post odds pre-match of 5/2 on Costa to score any time and Chelsea to win. Even thought to myself at the time that it's like printing money, but I don't bet haha
 
A few positives to draw from today.. i thought the Garcia's were absolutely brilliant especially Alex. He wouldn't go a miss in our team now.
Kelechi as always is brilliant.
The lad at the back who shall not be named(cant pronounce it) had a solid game although his footwork is a lot to be desired.
I think with the right blend of some of that youth in our normal team we would of won today. Our first team has a lack of real energy in the team and an injection of youth is what we need

Because it's impossible - no English side has ever won every competition they've entered.
Do you really think (if you know Pellegrini's history with lack of youth) if Navas, Nasri, KDB, Sagna, Delph, Bony were fit, he would've played so many young lads? Add to that Kompany and Silva just coming back to full fitness!
Your post suggests we threw the game deliberately - it was 1-1 at half time, a few keeper errors and 2 goals in quick succession after the break did for us today.
Why did Brandan Rodgers field the side he did against Real Madrid last season? Sometimes you've just got to prioritise, every club does it, always have, always will. Even Liverpool.

Read all the posts. We have a threadbare squad at the moment and the club and pellegrini
have decided our priorities lie elsewhere.

Caballero should never play in a final, probably never Again for City, the worst player on the pitch today by a country mile.

Looking at today it makes me wonder why some of these lads have not been given a chance before todays game. Surely we could have played 2 or three of them against Hull Palace Norwich and Villa and still won. The centre half was superb, yes his distribution at times was poor, but tiredness may account for that.

And there is no doubt Hart has got better year on year whilst Wright has been there but the cause and effect correlation seems beyond many.
