Chelsea Thread (2015-16)

"Jose, in the light of the consequences of Eden Hazard's simulation of injury last Saturday, prompting the referee to call for medical attention for him twice before your medical staff went on to the pitch, resulting in a highly public rebuke from you, and subsequent disciplinary action against them, will you be urging Mr Hazard not to simulate injury any more, or just not late in games where you are undermanned?"

They're looking for doctors in Siberia

They should go for this guy...

Really annoying. All Sundays pre-match will be about this farce. Should be about the football and
the upcoming game between the 2 best sides in the league.

Totally agree, its bizarre how a nothing story has made every media outlet going, sadly though its nothing new with Chelsea or Jose in fact, they just dont help themselves at times.

I think a doctor and physio being humiliated by the twat manager of yours is not a nothing story
He is totally in the wrong but being a dick is all he knows, pathetic twat that he is

Apologies if someone else has said something similar but is there any chance this is all just smoke and mirrors? It's early season, Chelsea don't get off to a good start and they're up against the joint favourites for the title in the second game and Jose does his usual "do something crass to get all the attention on him" type thing.

Just because Jose is known to be an excellent man manager who's players and staff speak very highly of him. Obviously there are conflicts but I just can't see him throwing a defenceless member of staff under the bus like this, one game into the season.

I don't usually go in for the whole Jose being a godlike genius thing but I wouldn't be surprised if Eva Carneiro is reinstated in the following weeks.
I think it would have taken remarkable planning to stage-manage a situation like this , with so many parties involved in it.
The obvious conclusion is that he quite simply "lost it" - and remember - he has form for losing it , with deliberately missed handshakes, right up to eye gouging.
For a man who likes to cultivate the image of the "special one" , the guy with the ready quip and the stylish continental image (a myth lapped up and regurgitated by the obsequious media) he sometimes seems to be very susceptible to outbursts of extraordinary behaviour, ok -you could say it's his Latin temperament , but Pellegrini is Latino too so that's not really an excuse.
I think he's the Balotelli of management - no doubting the talent , but seemingly incapable of controlling himself at times.

He's cracking up.
He knows his team peaked last year.
He can't raise them after the Swansea showing.
Very unlike maureen and what a shithouse for digging a couple of his medical staff out.
I hope they take the arrogant **** to the cleaners.

To be honest I'm quite happy about that, takes all the pressure and attention off us and onto them, remember just before the FA cup final vs Wigan, everything that went on with Mancini clearly had a big impact on our performance, hopefully the same will happen with Chelsea...
