They bought some dross recently. Were very good in transfers for years but boy it went downhill. Morata, Higuain (wtf, if you put me there on the pitch I'd be moore mobile), Jorginho looks awful, Kepa too nowhere near the price tag. 200+ million for very average players. If Hazard goes and he should, they're up for some bad years.
