My daughter was having some scaffolding removed this morning and one of the guys had a tangerine beanie. I said that he had to be a Blackpool fan with that hat. Fully paid up CFC fan, he sez. So I said that he had to take all the points v The Dippers. Oh, yer a City fan, eh? Yes, I say. I went to that game at The Etihad, well, I watched the first 27 mins, he said. I ain't goin again until he's sacked, he sez (Sarri!)

Hazard is a lot of things, but inconsistent is not usually one of them.

Someone referred to him as 'mr team on his back" which sums him up rather succinctly.

All coming into play now. Let's make sure Chelsea and Arsenal grab those final two European spots. You beat Liverpool and United, we'll beat Spurs and United ;)

All 4 teams between 3-6 are wildly inconsistent. I'd find it really incredible if we managed to finish 3rd after what I'd consider a disastrous, crisis season.

It's funny really that it's gone that way, after the stage earlier in the season where none of the top 5 were dropping points against anyone but each other.

Yeah, Chelsea especially were managing to keep pace point for point with City and Liverpool until mid-late November.

Once every team settled into a rhythm, there are some really tough teams to beat, especially away from home, Wolves, Everton, Leicester etc. That's the top 6 plus 3 teams that on their day can pretty much beat any team in the league at home. It makes it all the more impressive that City and Liverpool have been so consistent.
