I would like Tuchel to try a back 4 system, so we can squeeze an extra attacking player in to the team, because it's tough to have to choose two players out of Mount, Havertz, Werner, CHO, Ziyech and Pulisic.

I would like Tuchel to try a back 4 system, so we can squeeze an extra attacking player in to the team, because it's tough to have to choose two players out of Mount, Havertz, Werner, CHO, Ziyech and Pulisic.
I can see a game much like the Anfield 2018 when we were coming off the CL defeat and Pep played pragmatic and it ended 0-0 (after Mahrez's inter-galatic penalty). The difference is Chelsea beat us fair and square in the CL final, but the dynamics feel similar.
I'm confident about winning the game 2-0, but if I'm being honest, if we beat Spurs today, I'd take a 0-0 next week right now and move forward with a 3 point gap. It kind of feels like Tuchel has Pep's number but it's also tough to imagine a world where we can beat City 4 times in a row.

Fair points re Werner, I actually think he’s a really good player and just had a dip in confidence last season, always looked dangerous and made some great runs, just his finishing really.
Do you not think going to a back 4 may upset your balance ? Seems daft to change a winning formula ?

Werner was crucial to the way we played. We created so many many chances on the back of his clever runs out wide or in behind. The only negative was his finishing, to be honest.
Yeah upsetting the balance is definitely a concern, but I just want to test it out against a lower table team to see if it has potential. We'll have to trim the fat on the attacking players in the squad otherwise, because if Lukaku and Mount and definite starters, that leaves one spot between 5 players, currently Havertz is at the top of the pecking order, so we have 4 players who have to be content with back up roles, 3 of whom were brought to Chelsea at a huge cost.

Just look how much energy chelsea have here...despite playing midweek like us. The difference in fitness levels are night and day it seems.

It's almost unfair how they have 5 defenders, 3 DMs and are 2-0 up !

Long long way to go and we haven’t even got going yet with injuries and tough fixtures start but this chelsea anyone above them end of season will win the league and rather have Chelsea win it than either the scum or scousers..
