I can’t help but have huge sympathy with Brighton fans. Just as they start to improve season on season building in the right way their whole coaching staff is poached along with their best players.

What realistically do Brighton fans have to look forward to? They will never challenge for European places as if they do they will lose their players and/or staff. So how do they progress further? Thoroughly depressing really unless you are a fan of a “big 6” club

Big gamble for Potter. A lot of his squad handpicked for him and I daresay a good amount of them not fit for purpose, so they'll have to put their hands in their pockets again and again. Going to be interesting, a penny for Raheems thoughts....(although I do think a manager like Potter can get the best out of him).

Agree. Very difficult job now of appointing a new manager who can keep their rise going

Can’t see why we have a transfer window for players but not managers , if a club sacks a manager they should have to appoint from within until the window opens .
