Yeah, we've been there too re many, many loan agreements. I really don't think it's a City or Chelsea thing. More about what the owning club is prepared to roll with imho.

That’s what Inter do to us. They keep talking to us about this player and that player. I think we’ve talked to them about at least 3 players, possibly 4 and they’ve never offered anything more than a loan deal with no obligation to buy. Cheeky bastards.

Typical Italian clubs,always crying poverty and trying to lowball teams,but when it’s us buying they hold you to ransom the cheeky fuckers …

I love you too. Actually, you aren't far off the mark, but you were thinking Liverpool and Milan, not Chelsea. :)

Although I could probably find some associated relationship between Red Bird and Clearlake if I were to look closely enough. All these people know each other and have worked together at some point I am sure.

One last point. I don't actually have a problem with Chelsea using business relationships to sell to SA, if that is what they are doing. I am rather trying to point out the stupidity and inconsistency of introducing new rule after new rule to stop some clubs developing their business without considering how it will affect other clubs further down the line. How FFP is now hamstringing the "big" clubs being a case in point.

It needs investigating from Milan's end, are they not robbing you there? I was surprised to see that he's 27 now, could have sworn he was younger.
