Seriously worrying times for Chelsea. The chairman spent a fortune. They then appointed a manager and (dual?) DoFs and spent another fortune. Still dropping down the table. What on earth is the plan? Panic is the next stage for so many clubs and Boehly has demonstrated a penchant for sacking managers.

I think a third DOF is in order, that way then they can vote on players and there can't be a tie.
