Are you his agent or somethingOn the upside, we can get Palmer back for £10m when they get relegated.

Something. Are you his agent or something
But even the praise for Foden isn’t at the same nauseating level it is for Rashford of, dare I say it, Mainoo, even though it’s far less deserved than that, which Phil receives.I see loads of praise for Foden. He is widely considered exactly the way you described him. Stones as well, not long ago was getting loads of credit and considered one of the top CBs in the league. He’s been injured a while though, no? Diaz is also widely considered one the best CBs in the league. Rodri gets praised every week nearly and is rightly considered the best DM in the world. And that’s before we get to Haaland who is universally considered one of the best players in the world who will probably go down as an all time great in the game
Good.Looking at The Shed End forum, they're not a happy bunch.
He didn’t help his own cause at Tottenham, when he said he’d leave, if they won the CL.I disagree. I think he is a good manager - and there's no better endorsement of that than our own manager - but it seems he's better when managing clubs who don't spend a great deal of money. Look what he did at Espanyol, Saints, and Spurs. For those who claim he was no great shakes at Tottenham, have a look at where they were when he took over and where he took them in subsequent seasons. But as soon as there was a bit of a drop-off in form, that dickhead Levy sacked him.
However, his spell at PSG was nothing spectacular and he's struggling at Chelsea too. Whether that's down to the dynamics at Chelsea or his own ability may well be open to debate but I'd say it's more the former than the latter.
The reason we dont get the praise we deserve is because of what i call silva syndrome, david silva was so good that on his worst day he was better than 99% of people on their best day and therefore his brilliance became normalised, expected and when something is normal it stops being praised, this is where city find themselves at the mo, the press expect ederson to make 60 yard pinpoint passes, they expect stones to slot into midfield like a world class midfielder, they expect rodri to martial a midfield by himself, they expect kdb to find passes that no one else can, they expect foden to glide like silk past 2 or 3 players and they expect haaland to smash past defences, they have forgotten how exceptional it is and they will only remember when it stops happening and then it will be 2 late just like with david silva. But even the praise for Foden isn’t at the same nauseating level it is for Rashford of, dare I say it, Marino, even though it’s far less deserved than that, which Phil receives.
And see the complexity OTT swooning over Højlunf, when he finally, after more than 1000 minutes, scored a goal in the League.
Your first few lines reminded me of Graeme Souness' comment about Merlin:The reason we dont get the praise we deserve is because of what i call silva syndrome, david silva was so good that on his worst day he was better than 99% of people on their best day and therefore his brilliance became normalised, expected and when something is normal it stops being praised, this is where city find themselves at the mo, the press expect ederson to make 60 yard pinpoint passes, they expect stones to slot into midfield like a world class midfielder, they expect rodri to martial a midfield by himself, they expect kdb to find passes that no one else can, they expect foden to glide like silk past 2 or 3 players and they expect haaland to smash past defences, they have forgotten how exceptional it is and they will only remember when it stops happening and then it will be 2 late just like with david silva.
