My understanding of Trump is he's a spoilt, draft-dodging elitist who comes from a long line of spoilt, draft-dodging elitists.

Apologies for the off topic comment.
You’ve forgotten vindictive, narcissistic, imbecilic, racist, fascist, sexual predator.

So I assume United will be looking to sign him on a long-term deal in the next few weeks.

Ash, stop mithering and just make sure you lot put those dippers to the sword today, don't be wasting your energy on other shit it isn't important mate ;)
Really hoping for a good result vs dippers bro. It's gonna be interesting!

Thanks Seb. Yep, he's an extraordinarily reprehensible piece of shit for sure.

So scary that he apparently continues to resonate with so many Americans.

The same way that Greenwood will likely resonate with many Rags.

Tribalism is a hell of a drug.

They looked a bit better than last season but still defended badly and their finishing was poor.

A top 6 push might be all they can hope for.

Only saw a bit of the 2nd half and Chelsea were on top at that point. I did say earlier in the PL matches thread that I could only see a comfortable Liverpool win after seeing the line-ups so that shows how much - or rather how little - I know. The main takeaway I get from the stats is 65% possession, which is impressive against Klopp’s Liverpool. That, for me, is the Pochettino effect coming through already.

I'm very happy with that first performance.

We are very rough around the edges, and have some rookie errors in us, which is to be expected with the youth in our team and the number of changes to the squad.

But overall we are played well, and definitely had the best of the ninety. A good start.

They looked a lot better than the shite team they put out. Still don't have a striker (until January, apparently) and they have a soon to be 39 year-old at the heart of their defence though. Astonishing given what they've spent tbh.

They looked better than i thought they were gonna be

But I still think they are worryingly light up top

Sterling grew into the game, but he's not gonna get them what they need

Chukwuemeka looked good, but again, lacked the final punch in the final 3rd....assume the same goes for Mudryk and Madueke

Jackson had a strong debut but lot of pressure for him to get the goals they need to have a proper crack at the top 4

Caceido helps, but can't see these guys getting top 4
