Chelsea v Napoli

Wonder if Di Matteo will earn the job. If Mou and Guardiola aren't available and he does well, no reason not to. Always thought he deserved a shot at a big club.

Well done Chelsea fully deserved. Just wished we'd have shown the same desire against Napoli, Lisbon and Swansea.

I absolutely hate this pro-England commentary, even if they did it for us (and I haven't seen an example of that yet) it's awful. Must Al Jazeera buy rights for league and cups for us to get professional and impartial coverage?

We are in England.

Wtf is wrong with it? Guarantee if you'd have been listening to Italian commentary tonight they'd have been going mental when Inler smashed it in.
And that would have been wrong and annoying

Have to say I hate Napoli & their fans after my trip there to watch our game.

I hope they have an awful trip to London.

and why shouldnt he ffs.

Exactly. They're not really meant to be that partial in a European game. Plus Townsend is ex-Chelsea.

Give it a rest.
Yes they are meant to be partial, if it was United with Roy Keane commentating i'm sure you'd get pissed off, wouldn't you?

Erm, would I fuck. I'm an Oldham fan. If I'm watching a Euro match, I'd be surprised if there wasn't a bit of inpartiality.

Nothing wrong with it. Whether it be Keane, Townsend, Ex-Arsenal or Ex-City.

It's unprofessional when commentator's biases override sense and logic, and at times it's borderline xenophobic towards the dirty little foreign team.

Have you ever seen Al Jazeera's footage of football? It has been a refreshing change whenever I've seen it, you see some of the same pundits as on Sky and BBC yet they deliver impartial and knowledgable analysis instead of the Rule Britannia routine.
