These are Carolina Reaper.

Lemon chillies are my favourite fresh chilli. Amazing flavour and decent heat.

Ultimately, the effects of an apparent world war the world finds itself in are inconsequential to the sriracha shortage. The world war will end at some point, may a god or the God willing, but unless the owners of the sriracha brand grow their chilli somewhere other than in California, this problem won't ever go away.

Once I had a Sichuan pepper sauce with that prickly heat stuff, mixed with HP sauce, rhubarb juice, Worcestershire sauce and one other ingredient . It was immense. I've never been able to replicate this sauce because it was fluke. My life goal is to repeat this.

I’m mildly addicted to chipotle in adobo sauce. Stick this in anything Mexican and it takes it to another planet.

Not super hot but the smokey, deep rich flavour is amazing.

Got this little bottle of loveliness from aldi today. £1.49. Its only 200ml but my word it's a blend.
Don't be put off by the words ont label, it's not hot, but it is flavoursome.
I tried a few drops on my pork kebabs and I was impressed, has initial heat, not overpowering, quickly gives over to a lovely aftertaste, fruity, tomatoey, herby.
Had brie and crackers later and couldn't resist a drop or two, it's that moorish.

At the very least I have Tabasco and or jalapeños on virtually everything. Not particularly hot but adds a nice kick.

Found some scorpion hot sauce in Tesco which isn't bad.

Dave's insanity was the worst thing I've ever tired. That was too much for me.

These days I prefer just putting fresh chilies on my food or if you can find them over there some dried Chili Tepin from Sonora area. They’re tiny round chilies about the size of an elderberry that are hand picked and sun dried, beautiful!

Yes I always have a bottle of that on the go, do you find it quite salty though ?
