There's no Chinese chippies out here, they don't even fry fresh chips it's all frozen shite. The few 'English' chippies charge a fortune just for fresh chips.

Alas i know a few lads in Oz who struggle for stuff from home, fucking vegmite ?, fuck outta here :-P

Remember any mix you get add some peas, best chinese curry sauce has a few peas in it, is it peas or raisin type things ? fuck been years since i had it tbh.

Peas mate, peas, onions and mushrooms are a must

If you can get to a b&M they do(or did do)a couple of powdered curry sauces that don't taste too bad. I started making my own egg fried rice so tried a few at the time, and out of the lot tried the packs I got from B&M's tasted more your typical Chinese curry.
