Chinese State Visit to CFA (23/10/2015)

France has got the right idea. 90% of its energy is low carbon and they don't have thousands of wind turbines littering the countryside.
Au contraire, mon ami.

Came back at the weekend from a week in Northern France (stayed near a small village called Azincourt).

I've never seen so many wind turbines in my life! I also passed a site where 20 more were being built. They're everywhere!

Yeah, there was an interesting article about this. The journalist asked some girl why her banner was identical to everyone else's after she claimed to have made it herself. She suggested they must have had them printed at the same place. And then there were a large number who claimed their "group leader" weren't allowed to talk to the media. Laughable really, but no doubt they'll lap it up on Chinese state TV.

Reminds me of another media/reds situation

What a fantastic moment for Sun Jihai....to be inducted into the Hall of Fame in front of his President.

Just to change the subject completely, were there any events planned for the 600th anniversary of our victory there? I suspect not.

For those that are not aware, the battle of Agincourt actually took place on 25th October 1415 in Azincourt, not Agincourt (which is elsewhere in France).

On a serious note, I imagine it's only a matter of time before a Chinese team is added to the City Football Group.

We've been recruiting coaches to go over there for a few months now and at a level above the general "satellite Academy" stuff, something is certainly going on

This is fantastic for our profile, not only to have the Chinese PM here but Cameron as well. We have come a long way since Swales etc.
Personally there's only one Dave I want to see at the Etihad. Anyway we had King George V at Hyde Road, it's not exactly new for City to be flush with Heads of State.
