I would really like to understand the full scale consequence of referential decisions.

I think they should be made to write a full length report detailing and covering bookings and decisions. Then send the report to both parties. Everyone always complain about the officials, but noone actually makes them come the fuck out, face the microphones and explain to the fucking world.
 
I think it sums up the ref when we win 6-1 and we are still peed off with him. Our 3rd came at just the right time, because i could sense a pen for norwich wasn't far away.
 
The annoying thing about these yellow cards, is when a player picks up 5 Y/C they have to miss a game, that game could be very important to the team, Refs and lines men need to be accountable for every card they give out and there not!

Foy: but Alex, I tried but they were awesome. I looked rediculous when I started down the sending off route like you told me to in the derby. Have a word with mark and see if he will risk his credibility and give Ashley another pen for one of those blatent dives.
